Our 4 bedroom villa with 3 bathrooms sleeps 8 - 10 guests. We have made the villa disabled friendly with grab bars in the bathroom, toilet and pool area with front and rear ramps for wheelchair access. Situated in a lovely gated community. The villa is on a prestigeous site in a beautiful peaceful location surronded by a large lake where you can relax or go fishing for bass or other fish and it is also in a prime location for many famous golf courses eg. Southern Dunnes (3 mins), Champions Gate (6 mins), Reunion (10 mins) to mention just a few. The complex has a club house which will have gym facilities for residence and guests. It is easy access from both Sanford and Olrando International airports. Fully airconditioned, private heated pool and spa with safety gate and rail. The garage has been converted in to a games room with many games to keep all the family occupied inbetween theme parks. Every room has a TV with DVD's and a selection of family films to watch. We have also installed a playstation with games, broadband and wireless connection so that you can keep in touch with family, friends or works while on vacation. Both masterbedrooms have en suite bathrooms and showers. The third bathroom is set seperately inbetween the two twin bedded bedrooms. One of the twin bedded bedrooms is a disney theme. Everything in the villa is available to use as you would in you own home.

As guests you can stay for as many nights as you would prefer some guests stay for 3-4 nights and some stay for 2-3 months the choice is yours. As mentioned earlier the villa is off the highway 27 which leads on to the International 4 motorway which is the main artery for all of the attractions which range from a 15 minute drive to a 30 minute drive depending on which one you are going to. There is a gym in the club house on site for residence and guests use only, fishing on the lake within the community, tennis courts close by and many other activities such as golfing and other sports.

Our villa is situated in Davenport/Haines City which is a lovely community with many ammenities. There is a large Mall called Posner Park within approx 10 minutes drive from the villa. There is a large Walmart and Walgreens (pharmacist) within 3 minute drive and a Publix approx 8 minute drive. The villa is close to the International 4 (I4) motorway which is a direct link with all the theme parks and is off the highway 27 where there are many shops, restaurants, cinemas, take-aways, a new walk in centre and the Florida Hospital. There are many famous golf courses close by Southern Dunnes, Champions Gate, Reunion to mention just a few.
