The apartment is situated on the latest of the Nicklaus Golf Trail courses, an 18 hole signature course Par 71. The low density of properties, most of which are set well back from the course are framed by the natural backdrop of the rocky valley.
The apartment terrace looks out on to a generous sized swimming pool easily visible from the seating area on the terrace.
The spectacular clubhouse is a minutes walk from the apartment. Fabulously furnished and with a beautiful view of the golf course from the terrace at the rear, its the perfect location to relax and have a drink. The clubhouse also houses a supermarket, a restaurant, an Irish Bar and a golf accessory shop. A complementary courtesy bus runs several times a day from outside the clubhouse, to the other nearby Polaris resorts of Mar Menor and La Torre.

A none refundable deposit of £100 is due when making a booking. An option will be held for 4 days unitl deposit is received. Final balance is due 6 weeks before departure. Refundable £150 security deposit required with final balance payment. We can accept payments by cheque or bank transfer in GBP. Minimum Stay 2nts in LOW period 4 nts in all other periods
