This lovely apartment is very comfortable and spacious with a good size living room with newly fitted kitchenette. The living room has access to the beautiful terrace with garden furniture and amazing views into Spain and out to sea and sunshine for the best part of the day in the summer.

The two bedrooms are good sizes with fitted wardrobes, the upstairs room has access to the terrace and views. The second bedroom is on the lower floor with a smaller balcony but receives the sunshine in the late afternoon.
There is a utility room with additional storage and washing machine etc.
The family bathroom is a good size and has a bath, basin, bidet and w/c.
The apartment is on the thrid floor and does not have a lift.

Rental Condition
On booking we request a 25% fee. The balance due eight weeks before your holiday date. A security deposit will be required of 400 GBP two weeks before your arrival which will be returned to your bank account within ten days of your departure assuming there are no damages. Cancelations: Should you cancel your booking within four weeks of the date of arrival you will not receive any monies back. Should you cancel your booking from 8 - 4 weeks it will be worked out on sliding scale.
