Rental Condition
A 25% deposit secures a booking. This booking deposit is refundable in the event of cancellation provided that an alternative letting can be secured for the same period. The balance payment is due six weeks before arrival at the property. A security deposit of 300 Euro, against breakages or damage to the property, is requested. This is returned on departute provided everything is in order.
