Living Room and dining area: Open plan modern spacious and well equipped living area with comfortable relaxing seating and attractive furnishing. Off the living area is a spacious fully equipped modern kitchen and dinning area.
Bedrooms: Three bedrooms are attractively furnished with fitted wardrobes. All bedrooms are double sized bedrooms, with the master bedroom containing en-suite shower bathroom, which conveniently leads out to the rear patio area overlooking the pool and garden. The double bedrooms and living areas are conveniently situated on the ground level which makes this villa ideal for anyone with mobility problems. All rooms have dual air conditioning/heating and there is direct access via the numerous patio doors from the spacious living area and master bedroom to the private patio overlooking the attractive private pool area & garden
Outside facilities: The private pool is 8mx4m.It is regularly cleaned and a careful watch is kept on the chemical balance. There are sun loungers for relaxing around the pool together with tables, chairs and umbrellas. An outdoor fresh water shower is also provided. The pool is illuminated from below the water at night, plus there are night lights situated around the corners of the garden. The beautiful private Mediterranean garden surrounding the entire property is well maintained with seasonal fruit trees to the rear and side providing privacy.
Rental Condition
Prices include use of air conditioning and a welcome Pack. Discounts apply for bookings of 2 or more weeks and long winter lets are welcome, please contact us for a quote and provisionally reserve your dates. A non-refundable deposit secures your booking. Balance due 8 weeks before departure. A Key Deposit of £150 should be added, this is returned to you within 2 weeks of your stay provided the key has been returned and there is no damage.

Coral Bay is just a 5 minute drive from Peyia and 15 minute drive from Paphos and close to the Akamas National parkland. The resort has grown around the famous Coral Bay beach. This is one of the longest and finest stretches of golden sand in the area. It is a developing resort and most activities are centred either on the beach or on the main Coral Bay Strip. This is an ideal resort for the young, elderly and families with something for all. Concerts on the beach, both classical and popular music are always an attraction. All forms of watersports and recreactional sports including Tennis, Football and go cart racing can be found.
Paphos town center and harbour is only 20 mintues by car and is ideal for shopping, active nightlife and hosts one of the largest water parks in Cyprus. There are many archaeological sites in and around the Paphos area including the Tombs of the Kings. The Akamas Peninsula nature reserve is a 10 mintue drive, an ideal spot for walkers. The golf courses of Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley are about 30 minutes drive as also is the famous Aphrodites Baths and Latchi/Polis beache areas, where some of the best seafood can be found.

Peyia is small town situated in the foothills of Paphos and is a short 5 min drive to the nearest beach - Coral Bay. A very typical Cypriot village its centre overlooked by its ancient church, the narrow streets and alleyways are full of old and interesting houses each with their own style of gardening. There are plenty of tavernas and bars to choose from at very reasonable prices.
