Outside the property is approached by electric gates with a driveway for several cars and a double garage. The large gardens are just under 1 acre and mainly laid to lawn, featuring a walled rose garden. There is a wooden playhouse, basketball net, table tennis in the garage and an enclosed trampoline. Short breaks available.

Cerne Abbas is quite the most stunning village and, understandably, has just been voted one of the top ten villages in the country in which to live. Surrounded by an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty this picturesque village nestles quietly in a protected valley with 'Giant' hills around. The village may be tucked away but it has a vibrant community and enjoys extraordinary facilities compared to most villages nearby. The village has a general store with post office, first school, three public houses, a doctors surgery, church and a newly built village hall which bring the community together with much to do - if one wishes of course!.
