Rental Condition
Once we have received your confirmation we require a down payment of 30% after receipt of our invoice to secure the booking. We will confirm its receipt immediately. The remainder is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. You may pay through bank transfer or send us a check, whichever is more convenient to you. We then will send you the arrival information and how to find the property. Please let us know if you need any assistance.
