The apartment is finished to a high standard and has a balcony which overlooks the beach just 10 minutes walk away. A roof terrace and a swimming pool with adjacent showers and toilets are also avaliable for guests. The complex is situated on a hill in a Natural Park near the town of Costa Calma which is only 15 minutes walk away and where a wide selection of restaurants and shops can be found. However a car is essential to access the full range of facilities nearby. Jandia Playa and Morro Jable, 15 minutes drive south, offer a wide variety of eating places and retail outlets whilst the Oasis Park, the island's major tourist attraction, is only 15 minutes drive north at La Lajita.

Rental Condition
The rental rates are based on 2 people sharing the apartment. For 4 people the rates are £300 per week or £45 per day. A non-refundable deposit of £100/150 euros is required at the time of booking, the balance to be paid 6 weeks before occupancy. A refundable security deposit of £100/150 euros is also required on payment of the balance.

Below the apartment complex there is a kite surfing and wind surfing facility organised by the Pro Center Rene Egli where equipment can be hired and lessons arranged. Board surfing is available across the island at La Pared (10 mins drive away) where the waves tend to be bigger. There is a 30 km long golden sandy beach which starts at Costa Calma and ends at Morro Jable and is ideal for beach walking. There are a number of golf courses in the area, the nearest being at Morro Jable, 15 mins drive south. Go-karting, buggy riding and quad bike tours can also be arranged nearby.

The apartment is situated on a hillside just outside the town of Casta Calma and is accessed from the main road via a wide, but rough, track. It is an ideal place to spend a quiet, get-away-from-it-all type of holiday. There are several naturist areas of the beach below the apartment but nobody seems to mind if you wear clothes or not. In the old town of Morro Jable you can sit right by the sea and watch the world go by whilst eating your tapas lunch. Or if the children are with you, nearby go-karting might be a good way to spend some time or a visit to the nearby Oasis Park to go for a ride on a camel might be a popular activity.
