From the furnished patio you enter a beamed open plan living/dining area with a comfortable bed settee, 1m60 wide, for two. The American-style kitchen is well equipped with full cooker, dishwasher and ‘fridge-freezer. A door leads off from the living area to an ante-room which houses a single bed and cupboard space. Children find this ‘cabine’ reassuring as it is close to the double bedroom, whilst parents appreciate the door which can be closed. From the ante-room a door leads to the shower room and another door to the double bedroom with a generous fitted wardrobe. Sometimes the parents sleep in the living area leaving the two sleeping areas at the back of the property for the younger members of the family. These properties which are on the ground floor of our own villa, each have a washing machine.

For technical reasons we cannot yet show our prices on this page, but you may visit our site www.residencemariediane.com Our prices include linen, a cot for the under 2’s and heating. Properties are serviced for your arrival. A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. We also ask for a refundable security deposit of 150 euros. Changeover day is Sunday.

We are conveniently situated within walking distance of the small south-west coastal town of Propriano (600m) and its' beaches (1Km2) water sports and public tennis courts. Within the vicinity there are plenty of activities to enjoy such as, tennis (250m) walking, riding, canyoning, diving, relax at the hot springs of Baracci, bathe in the river rock pools, take a train or boat trip. The more adventurous might like to try tandem u.l.m. parachuting, climbing, via feratta or jet-skiing. During the high season the local theatre and churches propose concerts of Corsican music.
