Stunning Views! Newly built detached villa with 3 double bedrooms and a private pool. Situated overlooking Gata de Gorgos, mountains & Javea sea.The villa is on three levels, ground floor; large lounge & dinning room, cloakroom, utility room and a fully fitted kitchen leading onto the terraces and a covered alfresco dinning area in the naya - swimming pool & BBQ. Second level; 2 double bedrooms & a family bathroom with separate WC. Third level; fully self contained master suite with full ensuite facilities, dressing room, large double bedroom with balcony. Due to its location, in the hot season it affords a welcoming cool breeze in the evenings. Our villa is furnished luxuriously & fitted to the highest standard of quality, we therefore trust our guests will show respect for our beautiful home. Not suitable for those with disabilities due to the steps up to the villa. A short 15 min drive to the long & sandy beaches of Javea & Denia. This is a no smoking villa. The minimum rental period is 2 weeks in the high season, we are flexible with dates to suit low cost flights etc..located equadistant between Valencia & Alicante airports a relaxing one hour drive from either airport. Please remember the 3 bedrooms have double beds.

Rental Condition
Linen is changed each week FOC. A full clean at the end of rental is charged locally at euros70. Booking deposit of 30%, balance payable 6 weeks prior to the rental period.Damage deposit of £300 is payable at the time of the confirmed booking, returned after the local property manager has inspected the villa when reported satisfied, monies will be refunded in the UK. During the high season rentals at a minimum of 2 weeks

Many walking tracks through the forests to small hamlets & villages, Horse ridding available, together with golf, all very close. Fishing at the shores & off the rocks around Denia & Javea will satisfy the most avid of fishermen.

Lovely and green, many forests surounding the villa. Sparsely populated region of North Blanca, to the real Spain. Tourisim limited due to the lack of hotels.
The beaches of denia & Javea are wonderful.
