The villa can accommodate up to 6 persons for sleeping & eating. There is a formal dining area in the house and a large outside patio area around the private pool, partially covered with a pergola for outside dining with barbecue, table, chairs & sun loungers, ideal to enjoy Fuerteventura's all year round sunshine. The famous sand dunes and Water Park are close by. The villa is fully equipped including Sky TV, CD player/radio, cooker, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine. Cot and high chair available on request. Rental price includes bed linen & towels with change and clean mid-stay on rentals more than 7 days. There is a small terrace off bedroom 2 with table & chairs with views over Los Lobos Island. Beaches are about 100 metres from villa.

Rental Condition
Rental is for minimum of one week with flexible arrival times and days. We require 25% non-refundable deposit to secure booking with balance due on or before 4 weeks prior to arrival. Rental includes all utilities, towels and bedding with mid-stay change / clean for bookings of more than 7 days.
