The house is well equipped and has a lovely roof terrace giving wonderful open views over the village and countryside . Centrally located in the Fenouilledes region well know for its wine production and amazing Cathar castles you are never more than a short drive to enjoy what this stunning region has to offer.

Rental Condition
Prices are per week and include all bed linen and shower towels, electricity and heating . To secure a booking, a non refundable deposit of 25% must be paid . The holiday balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Please make sure you have full holiday insurance Arrivals after 4pm Departures before 10am Arrival/departure day is Saturday , out of season we will be flexible if possible . Winter weekends are available at £50 per night - minimum of 3 nts Long winter lets ( oct to apr ) can be arranged , please ask for details and prices.

Within a short distance from the village there is a whole host of activities such as the large open air pools in two of the neighbouring villages, white water rafting , horse riding , rock climbing , walking and many more water sports on the Mediterranean coast including diving . If all of this sounds too much, you could easily sit on the roof terrace with a good book and soak up the sunshine .

Le Vivier is situated in the heart of the Fenouilledes region and is well know for its wine pruduction, this is also the heart of Cathar country where no visit would be complete without seeing one of the amzing castles . The Gorge de Galamus with its shear drops from the edge of the road is not for the fient hearted . From here you can walk to the little church carved into the cliff and sit in the cool of the rock . The Roman aquaduct, still used today for irrigation purposes and in superb condition . There is so much to do in this area , the only complaint we get is that people often wish they had come for two weeks .
