The Kitz Residenz apartment is only 70m from the free winter ski bus stop (Last Week of Oct to Early May) that accesses 3 local mountains: Kitzsteinhorn Glacier 3000m (5 min), Maiskogel 1675m (2 min), Schmittenhohe 2000m (10 min) with a total of 130km of pistes and 53 lifts.

There are great cafes and restaurants on the slopes and in the villages serving a wide range of Apres Ski and cuisine from Traditional Austrian and Italian to Chinese! Within approximately 45 minutes drive you can access more World Class Ski and Snow Board resorts including: Kitzbuhel, Lofer, St Johann, Saalbach, Leogang and Hinterglemm (Ski Circus).

Golfclub Europa Sportregion has two excellent Championship Golf Courses par 72 and par 73, designed by Berhard Langer, in Zell am See set in the stunning glacial valley, with the snow peaked mountains making a breath taking back drop. The course is only 5 minutes drive from Kitz Residenz. They are open from around April to November.
