Guests of Goose Nest House have free, unlimited access to the £6m Art Spa, just two minute's stroll away with indoor and outdoor heated pools, suana, steam room, gym and pampering treatments. The Lower Mill Estate also has a small shop, children's playgrounds, trampolines and plenty of walks around one of the seven lakes and meadows.
Goose Nest House is an ideal location for groups of friends, families and special escapes.

Short breaks (long weekends and mid-week four nights) and week long breaks available 25% deposit required at time of booking. Final payment and damage deposit required 6 weeks before holiday commences. Please note that the nature of the Estate means that this is not a suitable destination for stag or hen dos or groups looking for a party atmosphere. The nearest pub is only 15 minutes' walk away but a torch is required if you are coming back late at night!

Goose Nest House is one of an exclusive number of second homes in the award-winning Lower Mill Estate, Cotswold Water Park. The gated development has seven lakes, three rivers (including the Thames just three miles from its source) and meadows and woodland. You can enjoy country walks in the tranquil environment. You can fish and sail on the lakes (boat not supplied), buy freshly baked croissants from the smal shop and watch the children bounce on the trampoline.
The Cotswold Water Park has plenty on offer including sailing, cable waterskiing, riding and golf.
The Cotswolds is the largest area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in England. With rolling hills and green fields, honey coloured stone villages and romantic cities such as Bath, Oxford and Bristol all within an hour's drive. Goose Nest House is ideally located to enjoy day trips away but return at the end of the day to the calm of the house and view.
