This second floor 1 bedroom apartment offers well laid out accommodation for up to 5 people. It is in an almost ski-in, ski-out position with the Montchavin piste running alongside the residence;it is a short 150m ski down to the Montchavin chairlift that accesses all of PARADISKI. The accommodation comprises; spacious lounge/diner with large sofa bed and good quality table and chairs, open plan, modern kitchen with hob, small oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge; there is a small balcony off the lounge. A separate bedroom contains a set of bunk beds and a single bed; between the living area and the bedroom there is a bathroom and a separate WC. The lounge/diner, kitchen area, hallway, WC and bedroom have all been recently decorated with new carpets/tiles fitted. There is a ground floor ski locker. Other equipment includes a TV/DVD player, CD/Radio, iron, selection of books and games.

Rental Condition
We are very flexible on duration and changeover days. The gernal rule - perhaps with the exception of half term - if it is available then we can work a deal. We require one third of the rental cost at the time of booking and the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival in resort. payment can be in £'s or Euros. (Prices listed in £'s)

La Plagne, one “half” of PARADISKI, is one of the worlds largest ski areas! With two peaks of over 3000m and over 400km of piste there is something here for everyone! The skiing is extensive and suitable for all levels of skier.
The runs down to Montchavin are tree lined but only two chairlifts away and you are up high above the forests and ski-ing in some amazing scenery.
Montchavin boasts its own boardercross park and there is extensive marked walking trails and cross country tracks.
However, why not consider this as a summer destination - fantastic for walking, climbing, mountain biking, white watere rafting to name bt a few - or wy not just relax in some breathtaking scenery!

Montchavin(1250m) and Les Coches(1450m) are two charming villages at the meeting point of the La Plagne and Les Arcs ski areas. In many ways they provide it all; peaceful village life, a bit of nightlife, excellent restaurants, traditional buildings and super efficient skiing facilities.
All of our guests have been taken with the rustic charm of Montchavin. This is still a farming community with chickens and geese and farming smells!! There are some delightful old buildings and more modern additions have been built in sympathetic style. The cobbled high street provides a variety of ski shops, a supermarket, a couple of bars, a lovely patisserie, an excellent 2 star hotel and even a cinema. There are half a dozen good value restaurants of which Le Ferme de Cesar, Pizzeria Zacotta, Le Dos Rond and La Boule de Neige remain our favourites. There is even a disco (Oxygene) situated in the car park at the edge of the village.
