The modern kitchen and bathrooms are all fully equiped. Most rooms are large, elegant and airy, great for the summer heat... if you need to escape from it! This country house is designed for alfresco living, with three outdoor dining areas, Gas BBQ, swing seats, sunloungers etc. There are two pergolas for shade, one covered with wisteria, the other with vines. A large loggia with tiled roof provides further shade and faces south for maximum summer heat. The summer swimming pool is ideal for kids and adults alike. We also provide outdoor table tennis and table football on two of our elegant front terraces. (Nicknamed by one local wag as "Petite Versaille".)

All modern convienencies have been installed into this elegant property, with the kitchen having a gas oven and hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine etc. In the lounge there is SKY satellite TV, with BBC, ITV freeview channels etc. DVD, video and stereo, and a large collection, indeed a virtual library, of books and films.

There are four bedrooms, two of which are double and two of which are twin. The master double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, whilst the other double bedroom has a bidet and sink. A large bath and shower room is located on this bedroom floor, whilst downstairs there is a toilet and sink in a utility room.... saves going upstairs!
