Rental Condition
Booking payments to be made in sterling. A booking deposit of 25% is required, followed by a balance payment no later than eight weeks before arrival. Payment can be made by Paypal/bank transfer/internet banking. A refundable deposit of 150 pounds is required against breakages or damage. This will be refunded immediately on authorisation of the key-holder.

There is plenty for children to do on the resort but a visit to Terra Mitica a Roman themed activity park is well worth a visit. There is also the Aqualandia Waterpark. There are numberous activities such as,Go Karting Tenpin Bowling, Fortress of the Sun- Medieval themed castle. Inflatable adventure park, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis -various locations. Murcia city is a beautiful historical city with its large Cathedral and river which runs through the city. If you are wanting to shop then everything is available from Zara, Bershka to El Corte Ingles and all only 10 minutes away.
