Rental Condition
Booking payments to be made in sterling. A booking deposit of 25% is required, followed by a balance payment no later than eight weeks before arrival. Payment can be made by Paypal/bank transfer/internet banking. A refundable deposit of £150 is required against breakages or damage. This will be refunded immediately on authorisation of the key-holder. Flexible changeover day Minimum stay 3 nights July/August 1 week. Arrival time 4pm, departure time 10am. The Costa Calida/Murcia region. The regional capital of Murcia is about 30 mins drive and has a host of fine buildings and shops. The provence is situated on the Costa Calida between Costa Blanca and Costa de Almeria. The hub of the Mediterranean.
Los Alcazares is well worth a visit and is a 15 min car journey. The area provides numerous bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The Mar Menor beach and promenade are located here. There is a water sports centre operating off the beach and provides, jet ski-ing, canoeing, sailing and more. Shoppers can visit the shopping centre Dos Mares and buy their groceries. In the summer months the beaches get busy with mostly local Spanish people, which in our opinion makes it all the more pleasant, no matter how busy the beach becomes its not too busy that you cannot find your own space to sit or swim out your day.

The largest and busiest polaris world resort, the resort is ideally situated surrounding a large 18 hole golf course that has been designed by Jack Nicklaus and is part of the ongoing poject named the "Nicklaus Trail" covering an area of 1,400 000m2, it has a total La Torre Golf Resort/Polaris World, La Torre is the largest and busiest resort. The resort is ideally of 2,600 properties including villas, town houses and apartments all situated within a perimeter security wall.
This course features over five hectares of sophisticated bunkers that separate the holes, creating strategic points which provide added value to the shots. Plus, a denser grass has been planted around the bunkers, creating the optimum wind shot effect.
