Description
The Benimar van is 12ft wide and 35ft long. It consists of a lounge, with sofabed, kitchen/dining area, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a cloakroom.
The site has around 300 plots made up of privately owned mobile homes. The site is open all year but the main facilities are normally up and running from mid June to mid September, i.e. the pool and bar etc.There is a shop during the main season and mini-golf and entertainment in the main bar by the pool. When you don’t wish to cook there is a good take-away and a small restaurant in the bar area.
Being the med. the site abounds in lush vegetation with lovely palms and shrubs. One of the advantages to this site is that you can walk to the beach 5- 10 minutes away, through a grassy conservation area. The area is hard to beat as it combines beautiful mountain scenery with glorious sandy beaches, blue flag bathing and a number of historic and interesting places to visit. There are numerous seafood restaurants and it is in the heart of the wine-growing region!
Spain is around 12 miles away if you like a change of scenery and culture, and if you enjoy walking, the foothills are ideal, with mountain streams and rock fall.

Rental Condition
Bookings are generally taken from Saturday to Saturday although we can sometimes make exceptions. Prices include visitor bands, gas etc. but you will need to pay the local tourist tax in summer usually around 30p. per person per day for those over the age of 10. A £100 returnable deposit is required to cover breakage/cleaning. Sorry but we can't accept bookings from groups of young people.

There are weekly markets that take place during the season in Argles and nearby villes. Festivals seem to occur frequently with live entertainment into the small hours.
Water sports are available at the main beaches, and bikes can be hired at the plage. There is ten pin bowling, kart racing, funfair and a water park close by.
There is a superb farm shop within walking distance with local wines and sangria on tap, plus a huge selection of locally grown fruit and veg at unbelievable prices.
A little tourist train calls at the site taking you into town or the main resort area so you can leave the car behind.
