Rental Condition
A 15% deposit is payable within 4 weeks of booking. Payment in full needs to be made 8 weeks prior to departure. A refundable security/telephone deposit of Euros 500.- is payable upon arrival. Phone charges will be worked out prior to your departure and need to be paid in full.

This romantic and tranquil family home is the ideal base to explore the historic hill towns of Tucany and Umbria. Cortona's Museo Diocesano and Museo Etrusco are world renowned. Cortona hosts the Tuscan Sun Festival (classical music - first two weeks in August). The Cortona Antiques' Fair is one of the most important in Italy (September). Other attractions include the Palio in Siena and the Giostra del Saraceno (jousting) in Arezzo. Perugia, Assisi, Siena, Montepulciano, Piensa, Citta di Castello amongst others are all within easy access.
