Delightful chalet on quiet Park situated between St Austell and Mevagissey. Lovely countryside views. On site Clubhouse, swimming pool, launderette.
Sleeps up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
The chalet has a new kitchen with all crockery, cutlery, saucepans etc. included. You will find tea, coffee and sugar in the kitchen cupboards along with condiments. Please help yourself to these.
The chalet also has a new bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet (no bath). Main bedroom has double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and storage space. 2nd bedroom has twin beds and chest of drawers.
The lounge and kitchen are open plan, the lounge having 3 seater sofa, nest of tables, extending dining table with chairs stored under the table, flame-effect heater plus extra heater if needed, TV, video, DVD, CD/radio and a large built-in cupboard.
£1 coin meter for electric in kitchen cupboard by the door, uses very little electric in the sumer when heating not needed.
Open plan lawns to front of chalets.

Bedding provided. Please bring own towels.
The Park is sited on a hill therefore it might not be suitable for those with walking difficulties.

St Austell is 2 miles from the Park. Mevagissey is 4 miles from the Park. The city of Truro with its lovely cathedral and large shopping centre is 13 miles.
There are many other beaches to discover in every direction.
You will pass a Tesco and Asda store on your way to the chalet as you drive through St Austell. There is a local Londis store and post office in the nearest village, Sticker. Turn left out of park up to '5 turnings'. Take second of the 2 turnings to the right and follow narrow road to Sticker. Free car park near shop and Hewas Inn. This is 3 minute drive or a lovely 20min stroll with far reaching views.
You can hire cycles from Pentewan and explore all the cycle routes. You can cycle to the Eden Project if you want a change from driving.
The Lost Gardens of Heligan are lovely to walk around. Why not take a picnic there, or sample the local food in their restaurant. You can also walk to Mevagissey from there.
There is a sailing club at Pentewan.
If you are a surfer then head to Newquay, where there are 10 beaches waiting for you, or Perranporth, just 15 minutes further on.
St Austell has a leisure centre for you to enjoy and also a brewery for you to tour and maybe sample the local brew!
If you like to eat out you will find good food in the Hewas Inn at Sticker, the Polgooth Inn at Polgooth or the Ship Inn at Pentewan plus many others you will find on your travels.
