25% deposit or £100/€150, whichever is greater secures your booking; balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days awaiting written confirmation and deposit. £200/€300 breakage bond is required with final payment; a return cheque will be posted within 48 hours of departure provided no damage has occured.

The apartment is literally only 300 metres from the beach so you can walk to the beach in just 4 mins. The beach at Armacao De Pera not only claims to be the longest on the Algarve, it's probably the best, being one of the cleanest and least crowded beaches in the region. There are numerous bars, shops and restaurants in town.
