Caminade is a restored 200 year old farm house with a minimum of changes to the layout of the original farm house. The gite is situated in 2.5 acres of land with a small fishing lake. It is ideal for a family summer holiday with plenty of local entertainment or for a couple looking for a quite country retreat.
You can relax at the gite and enjoy the peace and quiet or you can take part in an activity holiday with horse riding, canoeing, golfing, fishing all within a short distance to Caminade.
Bordeaux or Bergerac are both just 1 hour away, or visit a local village and enjoy a typical french market on any day of the week. The local village has a two boulangers, two restaurants and a small shop. Bigger supermarkets are a short drive.

Rental Condition
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book the week/s you have chosen and the remainder 50% to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. The deposit can be paid in sterling or euros, by bank transfer, cheque or credit/debit card. On arrival a 200 euros cash deposit will be required to cover any damage or breakages.

You enter the cottage through an entrance hall, the lounge/kitchen is on the left, to the right you have the double bedroom with bathroom and straight ahead is the second bedroom again with shower room. The swimming pool is situated at the front of the gite and is completely private and overlooks the counrty side. A patio at the rear of the property over looks the gardens and futher country side.
