It is in a residential area but only a 10 minute walk to the town centre, shops and restaurants and two lovely safe beaches. The comfortable living area has a put-u-up sofa, 2 easy chairs, TV with UK satellite, video and CD player. Separated from the lounge area by a breakfast bar the kitchen is provided with electric cooker, gas and electric hob, fridge, all utensils and crockery. Iron and ironing board. The bedroom has fitted wardrobes, dressing table and storage unit.
The balcony with loungers, table and chairs, sun shade umbrella has extensive views of the sea, town and mountains.
Secure entry to the complex is by key.
Los Cristianos is only 20 minutes drive from the islands south airport, which is served extensively from most UK airports.

Rental Condition
Prices quoted are for two sharing. By using the put-u-up in the lounge an additional two persons can be accommodated at £25 per person per week in addition to the weekly let rate. There is no set change out day, anytime is fine if available. Linen and towls are provided and changed weekly. Beach towls are not provided. Gas and electricty included in the price.

Tenerife is the largest island with an impressive mountain range, which has a mighty volcanic crater, steep coasts and stretches of fine sandy beaches. Tenerife contains the highest peak in Spain, mount El Teide, at 3718 metres high. Surrounding the volcanic crater is the Teide National Park. In addition, Los Cristianos is in the SW of the island and has many shops and restaurants catering for all price ranges. Las Americas is a 30 minute walk along the promenade. Two lovely safe beaches are only a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
