The dining table seats four but could easily seat 5 and one of the sofas is a sofa bed. The two bedrooms are of a good size with ample wardrobe space and a hairdryer is provided. The bedrooms have overhead fans and the master bedroom has air conditioning. The penthouse also has a well equipped kitchen. The penthouse is also well equipped for children. The roof terrace has a table and chairs plus sun loungers with cushions.n It overlooks the Jack Nicklaus designed golf course with panoramic views of the mountains towards Murcia.

Rental Condition
Booking payments to be made in sterling. A booking deposit of 25% is required, followed by a balance payment no later than eight weeks before arrival. Payment can be made by Paypal/bank transfer/internet banking. A refundable deposit of £150 is required against breakages or damage. This will be refunded immediately on authorisation of the key-holder. Flexible changeover day Minimum stay 3 nights July/August 1 week. Arrival time 4pm, departure time 10am.

If you’re bringing the family to Polaris World there is plenty to do on both the resorts and in the surrounding areas. With parks and play area’s, bouncy castle’s, swimming pools, tennis courts, bike hire, crèche’s and kids clubs already available on the resorts and even more planned for the future, family life is good.

Aqua Natura, the first water park in Murcia, is now open. The park, which is part of the zoo Terra Natura, is 30,000m2 and is split into three different areas:
One with slides (10 slides which includes the Kamikaze ride)
The "lazy river" where you can relax and let the water take you along. This area includes a solarium where you can rent sun beds.
The swimming pool (separate children's pool).
There is a reception area with a self-service restaurant and picnic areas.
