Brownlow House is a charming 3 bedroom reverse-level house in the Millbay area, which is currently being redeveloped as part of the ‘Vision for Plymouth’. Situated in a conservation area, the house has been sympathetically renovated and original features such as the sash windows can still be seen. The property has off-street car parking for one vehicle and is within a short walk of the city centre, Hoe and Barbican.
Plymouth’s dockside Barbican is famed for its unique architecture, niche shops, restaurants and art galleries, whilst the city centre with its theatres, pubs, clubs and great new shopping centre, Drake Circus, is within a 10 minute walk. Plymouth is also home to some fantastic attractions including the National Marine Aquarium and the Plymouth Gin Distillery to name a few, and also provides an excellent base for walkers with the Stonehouse Peninsula, Richmond Marina, Devils Point and the foot ferry to Mount Edgecombe nearby.
Dartmoor's tors, the sandy beaches and resort attractions of Torbay and the rolling surf along Cornwall's coast all within a 40 minute drive.
