This villa is ideal for a family or friends holiday. The tastefully furnished open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge room offers the modern conveniences for an enjoyable holiday. In the kitchen, all crockery and cuttlery as well as cooking utensils, pots and pans are provided. The dining area consists of a light pine table accommodating 6 matching chairs. The living room two seater sofa can be converted into a sofa bed and there are two single seater arm chairs, for your comfort. A TV with DVD player and a mini stereo / CD player has been provided for your entertainment. A sub-level guest WC is situated just off the lounge room. The two bedrooms are located in the first floor, each with their own private and spacious en-suite shower rooms. There is an adjoining balcony with direct access from both bedrooms. One bedroom has been provided with a double bed and the other twin beds, with both bedrooms offering plenty hanging space with their wall to ceiling wardrobes. Outside, the owners have thoughtfully provided a modern tented pergola, with outdoor patio furniture providing seating for six persons or alternatively you can lie on the sun loungers. Outdoors you can also enjoy the private swimming pool and cook your meals in the provided BBQ, or "Souvla" as the Greeks call it.

In various beaches along the coast there are different options for the practise of water sports including windsurfing, jet-ski, banana boat, parasailing, scuba diving, sailing, yachting and other options like fishing or boat trips are also available. Away from the sea, the nearby town of Ayia Napa holds the biggest water park in Europe that is definitely worth a visit. Cycling, golfing, hiking, climbing or even visiting ancient sites are only some of the many other activities that can be taken by locals and visitors alike.

The Villa is situated in a a lovely quite area between Ayia Triada and Pernera, just off the road, which is alternately dotted with Pampas grass and Glimpses of the Beautiful Mediterranean Sea. A five minute ride and you will come to the holiday resort of Pernera offering pubs, restaurants and many small beaches dotted around the coastline. If you continue on a further 5 minute ride, you will arrive at the bustling town of Protaras, home to the well renowned Fig Tree Bay beach, with its beautiful sandy stretch of beach and crystal aqua blue waters. Here you will find an abundant variety of cuisines, pubs and nightlife to keep you entertained. A five minute ride in the other direction, will take you into the large and modern municipal town of Paralimni where you can experience a great day out shopping at one of the many boutiques or sipping a frappae' at one of the local cafe's. Paralimni is also where you can do all your grocery shopping at one of the two local supermarkets. The Villa is only a 15 Minute ride away from the bustling town of Ayia Napa where the beautiful Nissi Beach is found and the vast array of nightlife for all ages.
