The fully equipped marble kitchen, has dishwasher, freezer etc etc. Each bedroom has individual aircon, own bathroom, shower, loo, hairdryers etc. The whole Suite was totally renovated in 2008 and will not disappoint !

Rental Condition
Any dates can be held for 3 days without charge. A 25% deposit is requested on confirmation and balance 6 weeks prior to travel. Payment is by cheque or creditcards via PayPal with a small surcharge. There are no 'breakage' deposits and no extras for cleaning, linen, electricity, water etc. All clients received a generous free arrival pack including water, tea, coffee, bread, butter, sweets, biscuits etc plus wine to make sure the holiday gets off to a great start !

Fairways is situated roughly midway between the Airport and Los Cristanous.
Siam Park, Europe's largest and newest waterpark is 10 minutes drive and you can see spectacular scenery around volcanic Mount Tiede in about 30 minutes. To the north there are lush banana plantations and vineyards plus world class duty free shopping in the capital Santa Cruz.

Fairways is a secure, uncrowded, private & gated community with well maintained sub tropical gardens & waterfalls . Built in Andalucian style it has a peaceful character and very friendly atmosphere. The large crystal clear pool is the best in the area and has a drinks / food service direct to your lounger. There is a children's pool, play area and activities Club at no charge. Professional life guard is on duty throughout the day. Fairways is situated on the Golf course and sea is just a 2 minute walk away. On site there is private parking, good sized Supermarket and Fairways has its own quality 'al a carte' restaurant, plus many more within a short walk.
These range from Sushi to Mexican, so you will not go hungry here!
