With a mix of the original 400 year old stone and modern design, our house gives you the opportunity to enjoy the best of several worlds. Just 100 yards to one of 2 beaches, beautiful NT walks or a challenging round of golf, (where we have membership) are all on our doorstep.
After a day out you can come back to the house to relax and unwind. There is a Hot Tub to soak away any aches or revitalise yourself in the steam shower. We have all the modern conveniences you should expect, including broadband, sky & i-pod dock.
We are in a beautiful & unspoilt part of cornwall. With easy access to A38 we are just 25 minutes to the world famous St Mellion golf course and 40 mins from The Eden Project.
We have the award winning Bay Restaurant at Whitsand Bay Hotel on our doorstep and a Pub and Post Office/General store 1/2 mile away.

Rental Condition
Bookings can be held for 4 days. On receipt of a non refundable* deposit of £150 we can secure a booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before departure. Once the balance has been paid full cancellation charges apply. A seperate cheque for £250 is also requested on payment of final balance, as a security deposit in the event of damage/breakages at the property. This will be returned/destroyed on completion of your stay. Payments can be made by Cheque or Bank transfer We advise all guests to have adequate travel insurance. *If we can relet the property we will refund this payment.

We have membership at Whitsand Bay Golf Club for 2 players to play each day (pre-booking required). There are a host of golf courses in the area. We also have various coastal walks some are very challenging, others are more sedate for you to try. Surfing on Finnygook Beach. Rock pooling for the young and old alike. If you want to travel further afield you can hook up with the Camel Trail for a bike ride (about 25 mins away by car).

Enjoy the rugged coastline of south cornwall. We are in a small fishing village just into cornwall via the Tamar Bridge or Torpoint Ferry. Just 4 hours from London you can arrive for peace and relaxation.
