Kings Sunset has a lift as well as stairs for access, a communal swimming pool and ample parking. The apartment has air conditioning/heating throughout and full black out blinds.

The archaeological site Tomb of Kings is a 5 minute stroll and the Pahpso Waterpark a short bus ride. The golf clubs, Ahprodite Hillsand Secret Valley are about 20 minutes drive. The nature reserve Akamas Peninsula, ideal for walkers, is 20 mintues drive and Agios Neophytos monastery is a 15 minute drive.

The historical Tombs of the Kings site is 5 minutes walk and the beach is within a 15 minute walk. The bustling harbour of Paphos is a 10 minute drive and the hills of Peyia just 20 minutes by car.
