Prices include use of air conditioning, a Welcome Pack to get your holiday started and the final clean. Discounts apply for bookings of 2 or more weeks. Long winter lets are welcome; please contact us for a quote and provisionally reserve your dates. A non-refundable deposit secures your booking. A Key Deposit of £50 should be added; this is returned to you within 2 weeks of your stay provided the key has been returned and there is no damage.

A myriad of shops, bars and restaurants are within a 5 minute drive. Sandy beaches are within a 10 minute drive. The bustling harbour of Paphos is a 15 minute drive, ideal for people watching and sampling the local cuisine. Coral Bay, with its sandy beach and multitude of restaurants, is 15 minutes drive and the hills of Peyia just 20 minutes by car. There are many archaeological sites in and around the Paphos area including the Tombs of the Kings. The Akamas Peninsula nature reserve is a 15 minute drive, an ideal spot for walkers. The golf courses of Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley are about 30 minutes drive. The famous Aphrodite’s Baths are about a 30 minute drive through the fishing community of Latchi.
