You could rent out your cottage in Devon to avid explorers that may be taking part in the South Devon Walking Festival.
This event takes place from September 25th until October 3rd and will include over 40 walks.
The South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is organising the festival, which promises to have a walk suited to everyone regardless of ability.
Some of the walks are themed such as wildlife, history and archaeology but they all give tourists the opportunity to explore the county by foot.
Therefore, you could rent out your cottage in Devon to those taking part who wish to retire to a cosy property after walking around the county.
One of the walks that is happening as part of the festival is Enjoying Sharpham at Night, which is held on October 2nd.
This is a beginner's guide to the night sky and the galaxy as the stars will be guiding the night walk around the Sharpham estate, which has a vineyard and dairy.
