More money to be invested in Bulgaria's golf courses

In a statement that may be of interest to those with holiday homes to rent in Bulgaria, the chair of the National Tourist Board Krassimir Gergov claimed that some 300 million could be invested in Bulgarian golf courses, novinite.com, a Sofia news agency, reports.
Speaking at the International Meeting of Bulgarian Media in Madrid, Mr Gergov stated that, as had been experienced in Turkey, yearly profits from golf courses in the country could amount to as much as 5 million.
In addition, it was announced that the International Golf Tournament, the Bulgaria Open, would be taking place at the Black Sea Ram golf course in Balchik, which may be a great opportunity for enthusiasts to have a golf holiday in Bulgaria.
Black Sea Rama is a Gary Player signature championship golf course and holiday villa resort, located close to the Black Sea.
